  • 125g margarine
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 cups Ricies
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds

  1. Place margarine, honey and sugar in a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Place remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add honey to the mixture and mix well.
  3. Press firmly into an 11cm x21cm slice tin with damp hands.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Cut into 18 slices.
