  • 4 mini pita breads
  • 1/2 cup tomato pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat cheese
  • A selection of sliced tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, diced capsicum, pineapple or any other toppings of your choice.

  • Preheat grill to a medium/high temperature.
  • Lay pita bread on a baking tray, spread with 2 teaspoons of pasta sauce. Place other toppings on pita bread and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Grill for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
