Eating a healthy diet will help you to think smarter, run faster and keep you in a good mood

What is a healthy diet?

A healthy diet means eating a variety of different types of foods everyday. It also means eating just enough food for what you need and not too much. To make it easy to choose the right foods in the right amounts, you can use this Healthy Eating Pyramid.

It arranges foods into three groups - we need to eat most from the foods in the bottom of the pyramid, some from the foods in the middle section and only eat a little of the foods in the top of the pyramid.
